Lucknow: A vibrant Dandiya Night was organised at the Senior Citizens Community and Recreation Centre in Aliganj, bringing together senior citizens, women, children and other residents in a celebration of culture and community spirit.The event was inaugurated by member, National Commission for Women, Archana Mishra, who highlighted the importance of keeping senior citizens socially engaged through cultural and recreational activities. Participants dressed in traditional attire enthusiastically took part in dandiya and garba performances.Organiser Dr Bijendra Rana said, “The centre aims to offer an enabling environment where senior citizens can lead active lives through cultural and community programmes.”
