Lucknow: The post-mortem report of 28-year-old restaurant owner Shiva Sharma, who died after falling from the fourth floor of Awadh Green Apartment near Balu Adda on Oct 9, records multiple external and internal injuries consistent with impact against a hard surface, as police continue to probe whether he jumped, was pushed or fell accidentally.Police said they are studying the medical findings along with CCTV footage and witness statements and are considering a crime scene recreation to reconstruct the sequence of events.Investigators are looking at the likely point of impact from a fourth-floor fall, where Sharma landed, and whether physical evidence at the site aligns with the injury pattern noted in the autopsy. Officials said the report alone does not determine how Sharma went over the edge.A copy of the post-mortem report reviewed by TOI lists 11 numbered entries detailing external injuries and six broad categories of internal findings. The report notes tears in both lungs, as well as injuries to the liver and spleen, substantial internal bleeding and a fracture of the right pelvic bone. Doctors attributed the death to shock and haemorrhage resulting from the injuries.Sharma’s mother, Ranjana Sharma, has alleged that his girlfriend, model and social media influencer Shraddha Dubey, Dubey’s sister Rashmi Dubey, a driver, an associate identified as Adil, and others assaulted and murdered him. Hazratganj police have registered an FIR on the basis of her complaint.Ranjana told police she received a call from Adil around 7 pm on Oct 9 saying Sharma’s condition had worsened and he was being taken to King George’s Medical University. She alleged that when the family reached KGMU, those who had accompanied him showed him from a distance before fleeing, after which doctors declared him dead.Ranjana also alleged Dubey had harassed Sharma for months, threatening false cases and reputational harm, and used blackmail and violence to pressure him to continue the relationship, allegations police said are yet to be established.ACP Hazratganj Rajneesh Verma said action would depend on evidence, adding that teams have searched in Rae Bareli and Sitapur to trace people linked to the case.
