New Delhi: Delhi Police has registered an FIR after graffiti was allegedly drawn on a police vehicle during the INDIA bloc rally at Ramlila Maidan on Nov 1.The case has been registered under Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act. Several videos showing a woman defacing the police vehicle have gone viral on social media, cops said.Police have initiated an investigation following the registration of the FIR.
