Patna: Patna high court has dismissed a plea seeking judicial intervention in the ongoing recruitment of vice-chancellors for Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University and Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.A single bench of Justice Harish Kumar dismissed the writ petition filed by Dr Gulab Chand Ram Jaiswal of Banaras Hindu University’s medical institute. The judgment, delivered on Oct 27, became public on Wednesday.The petitioner challenged the recruitment advertisement issued on May 30, alleging irregularities after an earlier advertisement for the same posts was cancelled.
