Lucknow: In a bureaucratic reshuffle on Saturday evening, chief secretary SP Goyal was given the additional charge of additional chief secretary, civil aviation.Anurag Srivastava, serving as ACS, Namami Gange and rural water supply, mission director, Rural Drinking Water Mission, and project director, State Clean Ganga Mission, will retain these as additional charge while he has now been posted as agriculture production commissioner.Alok Kumar-2 has been appointed the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner, while his existing charge of ACS, infrastructure and industrial development, and NRI will be additional charge.Principal secretary, appointments and personnel, M Devraj will also hold additional charge of chairperson, State Vigilence Commission and Administrative Tribunal-1.Principal secretary, agriculture and agriculture education, MKS Sundaram has been given the additional charge of principal secretary, coordination and project director, UPDASP.Alok Kumar-3, principal secretary, planning, IT and Electronics and nodal officer of zero poverty campaign, has been given the additional charge of principal secretary finance and institutional finance. Ajay Chauhan, principal secretary, public works, has been given additional charge of CEO UPEIDA.Pandhari Yadav has been relieved of charge of principal secretary of externally aided projects while he remains principal secretary, science and technology.Yogesh Kumar will take over as the new managing director of PCDF, while Amit Kumar Singh has been moved as managing director, UP Jal Nigam (Rural). Krishna Kumar will take over as the new divisional commissioner of Jhansi.Special secretary, irrigation and water resources, Chandra Shekhar has been given the additional charge of CEO PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana, and Administrator, Greater Sharda Sahayak Command Area Development Authority.Bhupendra Chaudhary, secretary, administrative reforms, is the new secretary of UP Human Rights Commission. He has been replaced by Devendra Singh Kushwaha while Pravin Mishra will be the new managing director of UP Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation, with additional charge of director, tribal development.
