Patna: Preparations for the 360th Prakash Parv of Guru Gobind Singh Ji have gathered momentum, with local administration and Takht Patna Sahib management focusing on arrangements for thousands of devotees expected to arrive from across the country and abroad.Takht Patna Sahib committee president Jagjot Singh Sohi said a meeting was held with Patna divisional commissioner Rajesh Kumar on Thursday to review preparations for the celebration.According to Sohi, discussions focused on traffic management, security, sanitation, accommodation, drinking water, medical facilities and other essential services for devotees.The meeting emphasised close coordination among the Bihar govt, district administration, Takht Sri Harimandir Ji Patna Sahib management committee and the Sikh community to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.Sohi said efforts were being made to organise the Parkash Parv on a grand scale while ensuring that devotees visiting the shrine do not face any inconvenience.He added that the celebrations would showcase Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s legacy of sacrifice, valour, humanity and religious harmony, while also highlighting Bihar’s rich spiritual heritage.
