Jaipur: Jaipur City Transport Services Ltd (JCTSL) will introduce 14 new 12-metre electric buses from Wednesday, replacing older non-AC buses on the Transport Nagar–Khirni Phatak route.With the addition, JCTSL’s fleet of 9-metre and 12-metre buses will rise to 97. The agency will also increase services on two routes to meet passenger demand. The fleet will expand from 16 to 24 buses en route 9A (Dadi Ka Phatak–Agarwal Farm), while route 15 (Chandpole–Chomu) will see an increase from six to 12.JCTSL managing director Narayan Singh said the agency aims to expand its fleet to 150 buses by year-end.
