Nani previously explained the personal reason behind the property during an appearance on ‘The Rana Daggubati Show’. The actor said he bought the land when his father was 96 years old. His intention was to recreate the natural surroundings his grandfather had known while growing up.According to Nani, his grandfather struggled with health and memory issues after spending years in the city. The actor wanted him to experience an environment closer to nature. Life at the farmhouse eventually brought changes to his routine.Nani revealed that his grandfather, who later turned 101, began walking and exercising at the property. He also started recognising Nani’s films and remembering names that he had previously struggled to recall.Explaining his thoughts about the connection between people and nature, Nani said, “Birds should stay in their own habitat. It is special to have a nice peaceful space.”

The farmhouse has also become a place where Nani’s family follows simple routines. They grow vegetables on the property and rear cattle. Nani’s son Arjun has named the cows Bheem, Radha and Krishna.The property is designed to encourage time outdoors rather than focus only on luxury.
