Patna: The district administration has begun preparations for the biennial elections to the Patna teachers’ and graduates’ constituencies of the legislative council, with training scheduled for officials and personnel involved in the electoral process.Assistant returning officer-cum-district magistrate, Patna, Kundan Kumar, on Friday said all officials and personnel concerned have been directed to attend the training sessions.According to the communique issued by the district administration, counting personnel will undergo training on Oct 10 and 16 at the conference hall of the Patna Collectorate. The first phase of training for polling officers and micro-observers was held on Friday, and the second phase of training will be held on Oct 21 at the same venue. Personnel assigned to collection teams will also be trained on Oct 21. Training for videographers and cameramen has been scheduled for the same day.
